Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC) has launched its service to connect Noor Gul district with telecommunication services. By this expansion, AWCC has become the first company to launch telecom services in the district.
Noor Gul had been deprived of telecommunication services for long.
Attauallah Sahil, head of AWCC said that telecommunication services have been launched in Noor Gul for the first time. He added that the population here is very large and people will get benefit from the services.
Abdul Wali Marshall, director of Kunar’s communication department welcomed the service and said that around ten thousand people will get benefit from this service.
Residents of Noor Gul district, who previously faced many problems due to lack of access to telecommunication services, expressed their satisfaction with the latest move by AWCC.
