Afghan Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, has blamed three neighboring countries for facilitating Daesh (ISKP). According to media reports, addressing the opening ceremony of the Afghan-Kazakh exhibition denied the presence of ISKP presence in Afghanistan. However, the Afghan Minister did not name any country.
Muttaqi said, “There is no haven for Daesh in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, in these three neighboring countries, one provides manpower, another is a route for destructive individuals to pass through, and a third has provided them with financing and planning centers on its soil. If these three countries fulfill their responsibilities, there will be no problems in Afghanistan or the region.”
Amir Khan Muttaqi added that the Islamic Emirate has consistently endeavored over the past three years to expand its relations with the world. He emphasized that Kabul has recently hosted high-level delegations from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Russia, Malaysia, the European Union, and Kazakhstan.
In his address, Muttaqi lamented the US on his position over the Palestine and Gaza massacre.
